Elite Choice is careful to maintain full compliance with all New York State and Federal legislation and regulation. We have a Special Investigation Unit (SIU) to assist Elite Choice in fraud prevention and to investigate potential fraud waste and abuse.
Our team is comprised of Accredited Health Care Fraud Investigators (AHFI’s) certified by the National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association, Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE’s) certified by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Certified Public Accountants (CPA’s), Certified Professional Coders (CPC), clinical reviewers, former prosecutors, and law enforcement executives with extensive health care management and field operations experience.

Fraud is when an individual or institution uses government healthcare payments directly or indirectly for a different purpose than for the reason it was issued.
